We retain your data for as long as necessary to:

  • Active Accounts: As long as your account is active and for as long as required for AI Employees to serve you effectively
  • Closed Accounts (with deletion request): Deleted within 30 days of your request
  • Closed Accounts (without deletion request): Retained indefinitely to:
    • Train and improve AI models
    • Allow you to reactivate your account and resume service
    • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

5.3 Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by:

  • Using the data deletion option in your account settings

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5.4 Backups

We maintain regular backups of our systems. Deleted data may remain in backups for up to 90 days before being permanently removed.
